In today’s online medical dictionary post, I wanted to give a lengthy definition on how to reduce wrinkles. While I have not had to battle the troubles of wrinkles, there are many out there that would like to look younger. I think a medical members forum would agree with these online medical dictionary definitions of reducing wrinkles:
- Sleeping on your back will reduce sleep lines. Those that sleep on their side will have more wrinkles on their cheek and chin. Those few who sleep face down will have more sleep wrinkles on the brow area.
- Salmon is a huge source of protein, which helps keeping skin look healthy. Cold water fish have a lot of essential fatty acids that replenish, plump and keep skin looking great.
- Crow’s feet can be avoided by not squinting. I definitely have a problem with squinting when reading small print, which could be avoided by glasses.
- Lotions that have alpha-hydroxy acids help to rid the face of dead skin.
If you have any other definitions I left out for this online medical dictionary post to reduce wrinkles please comment.
