What do you need an online medical dictionary for?
Well, for starters - a good online medical dictionary can keep all of that information nicely organized without any pages to sift through or painful lifting of books covering it. Also, it is always good to have an online medical dictionary bookmarked - you never know when you will need to get some quick education on a medical condition, especially if your family has a history of problems.
With that said, the medical dictionary has been something that used to be a part of households many years ago. Even in tribal days, the witch doctor always had a tome full of remedies and problems that he could use as a reference. Health is an important thing, and it is also a complicated thing - so having a good source of information on how to maintain health and prevent disease or treat it can be an invaluable part of your bookshelf (or, in this case, your laptop).
So, with that said there are a few dictionaries you can trust. I usually check out Wikipedia or MedlinePlus, or even About.com has some good stuff on it too.
