An average adult needs MINIMUM of 25 gms of fiber a day.
You may be wondering if your children are getting enough fiber especially today's hectic schedules. To figure out how much fiber a child should get add 5gm to his/her age. For example, my child is 10 years old. To figure out what she needs daily all I do is add 5 to 10 which equals 15 gms a day. It is that simple.
