A Day Off For Kids Pays Off... |

Did you see the recent report that shows being healthy actually pays off! People who are healthier, earn higher incomes. Consequently, being unhealthy gets you less money and less opportunity for success in life.

For most of the nation it is time to push back the clocks one hour this Sunday morning. It is the end of Day Light Savings Time, and most Americans seem to be happy about that. While there are still 24 hours in the day, it shifts the time you see that day light, based on your normal routine.

As children, most of us are givin vitamins. I myself, took the chewable Flintstones vitamins while I grew up. Now, the Flintstones and a glass of Orange Juice, even had an apple but doing this everyday are not going to make a 45 lb. 6 yr old the next Arnold Schwartenegger. Ice and heat can relieve the muscle spasms and pain from injury to a jount. When going to the gym to exercise do plenty of stretching. A qualified personal trainer should be able to teach proper technique. Lets start with ice.
