Vitamin B-2 (Riboflavin), 100 Caps / 100mg

I have fought with migraines for most of my life. Sometimes it can be as easy as drinking more water or eating better. One thing that really seems to help is taking one of the B vitamins, riboflavin, with a nice big glass of water. One, you probably need water anyway.
